July Forest 30-Day Quality Assurance & Unopened Box Policy

 

(Important: Due to the size and specialized nature of our solid wood furniture, all returns are subject to a rigorous inspection process.)

 

1. 30-Day Return Window

 

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order (based on carrier tracking information) to request a return or exchange.

 

2. 🚨 STRICT RETURN CONDITIONS: Unopened Box Policy

 

Please Note: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be strictly met. We cannot process returns that violate these terms.

  • Must Be Factory-Sealed: The item must be in brand new, unused, and unassembled condition.

  • Original Packaging Intact: The product must be in its original, factory-sealed packaging, with all seals, labels, and strapping remaining unbroken and untouched.

  • Final Sale After Opening: Once the original manufacturer's packaging has been opened, unsealed, or compromised in any way, the item is considered a final sale and is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

  • Any item showing signs of assembly, attempted assembly, or use will be immediately rejected upon return inspection.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items (Our Quality Promise)

 

This strict unopened box policy does NOT apply to quality issues. We stand by the craftsmanship of our products:

  • Quality Guarantee: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping:

    • You must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the damage.

    • July Forest will cover all costs to either ship you a free replacement product or issue a full refund.

 

4. Non-Defective Returns (Buyer's Remorse)

 

If you wish to return an item that meets the Strict Return Conditions (i.e., the box is unopened, and the product is not defective):

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% will apply to cover the original processing and warehouse handling fees.

  • Authorization Required: All returns must be approved by July Forest, and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

 

5. Refund Processing

 

Once your return is received at our warehouse and passes a rigorous inspection to confirm it is factory-sealed and unopened, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
