Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Free Standard Shipping
At July Forest, we are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within our service area. The price you see on the product page is the final price for the product delivered to your door (excluding applicable sales tax).
2. Delivery Range & Exclusions
To ensure the safety and quality of our solid wood furniture during transit, we currently offer delivery services only within the Contiguous United States.

Service Areas: The 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

Excluded Regions: We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau, Marshall Islands, or any other offshore territories.

Military Addresses: We currently cannot deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Remote Areas: Due to the weight and size of our furniture, delivery to certain highly remote mainland areas may be restricted. If your address is in an area we cannot service, we will contact you immediately to provide a full refund.
3. Shipping Locations
To provide the fastest possible delivery, your orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers located in California and New Jersey. Our system automatically selects the warehouse closest to your delivery address to minimize transit time.
4. Shipping Timeframe

Order Processing: We commit to processing and arranging shipments within 48 hours after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Transit Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your proximity to our CA or NJ warehouses.
5. Delivery Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. You can also track your order status directly on the July Forest website.
6. Orders and Payment
All orders must be completed and paid through our secure online platform. We support major credit cards and debit cards. Your payment security is our priority, handled by industry-leading third-party providers.
7. Product Quality Guarantee
Every piece of our children’s solid wood eco-friendly furniture undergoes rigorous quality checks. If your order arrives damaged or if you have any concerns about product quality, please contact our customer support team at [service@july.com] immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
